NEW MUSIC: Skream - 'It's A Minor'

The DJ-producer known as Skream, famed for dirty-mosh-pit-nostalgia dubstep bangers, has just given his music a Valium. New record, "It’s A Minor" takes it down a few BPMs with a light, smooth sound that still adheres to Skream's signature sinisterness. The producer’s futuristic take on grime here is one that can be played in a rave without having MCs to validate its reload.

In a recent interview with FACT, the Magnetic Man band member said that, although he will not be releasing an album anytime soon, there’s an exciting new disco record that he’s working on – which will be a completely new direction for the London lad.

Discodub? The sub-genre’s probably being created in bedrooms in and around Croydon as we speak, er write!
