Seasoned actor Larenz Tate donned his director's hat for rising talent Mayra Verónica's new single, "Mama Mia." The song's festive and Latin dance-heavy visual features the leading lady and her dancers sporting one of a kind garments from the late Bettie Page (Mayra's leopard swimsuit is the same one that the pinup star once wore).
The singer, actress and model is making quite a bit of noise across the pond. "Mama Mia" is currently doing well on the UK Commercial Pop Top 30 Charts and has already enjoyed #1 chart success in the US Hot Dance / Club Billboard Charts. For those unfamiliar with the Cuban-American star, she's graced the covers of Shape and Maxim, as well taken part in national ad campaigns with L’Oreal, Coca Cola & Nike.
"Mama Mia" will be available digitally in the U.S. via Syco (Sony Music) on Sept. 29.
