Nicki Minaj Performs New Single "Freedom" at 40th American Music Awards (VIDEO)

Nicki Minaj channeled Queen Frostine from the Candyland board game with her winter wonderland-themed outfit at the 2012 American Music Awards on Sunday night. Donning a white fur cape and boots, Minaj sang "Freedom," a new track from her Pink Friday:Roman Reloaded -- The Re-Up reissue out tomorrow (Nov. 19).

The performance was mundane in comparison to Minaj's exorcism at the Grammys earlier in the year, but things did pick up at the three minute mark when a choir joined the Young Money rapper onstage. Minaj later returned for her guest feature on Justin Bieber's "Beauty and a Beat." Watch the videos below.
