Nicky Romero Taps Rihanna For New Collaboration

Prior to his performance at the notorious festival Tomorrowland, Nicky Romero touched base with MTV to reveal plans on a new collabo with Rihanna. After the two worked together on “Right Now,” the track to her smash seventh album Unapologetic, RiRi and Romero join forces again for a “smooth, out-of-the box” track. “I’m working on a song for Rihanna right now,” said Romero. “Can’t say too much yet… It’s gonna be out of the box for me.” In addition to RiRi, Romero has been busy at work with many other projects as well catching studio time Krewella, Rita Ora, and David Guetta for his forthcoming “Legacy” album. Also, he’s just released “Ignition” in partnership with automaker Kia, based on found sounds uploaded by users and the dulcet tones of the new Kia Forte.–Andrew Asare Peep the full interview below.
