One Q, One A: What Does Spike Lee Think Of Amare Stoudemire Joining The Knicks?

VIBE: As a diehard New York Knicks fan, what do you think about Amare Stoudemire joining the team?

Spike Lee: It was great. It was a great move, first of all I want to commend general manager Donnie Walsh for clearing the cap so we can get two max players. We got Stoudemire and hopefully we can get another one. If God is willing the creek don't rise we'll get somebody great. The people know what the fuck is up. [Amare's] a great player and he's gonna help the Knicks. Looking forward to basketball season. [Ed: And what about LeBron James?] I'm not gonna jinx it.
