When it comes to the Los Angeles Lakers, former coach Phil Jackson hopes Jesus can take the wheel.
USA Today's Sam Amick sat down with the 11-time NBA championship-winning coach to talk about the future of the Lakers and his health status.
When asked about the time surrounding his rumored return as Lakers' leader back in November of 2012 before Mike D'Antoni was hired, Jackson said he has let that go and suggested another notable figure.
"I think Jesus could probably coach this team pretty well, but outside of him maybe Mohammed, maybe Gandhi, someone like that." the former Chicago Bulls coach joked.
