Poll: Mel Gibson's Use of the N-word: will it make you stop watching his films?

Poll: Mel Gibson's Use of the N-word: will it make you stop watching his films?

Posted July 8, 2010

The racial slurs from Mel Gibson just keep coming. This week, he allegedly could be heard on tape slamming Hispanics. And if we rewind to last week, it was reported that Gibson, of Passion of  the Christ and Lethal Weapon fame, was the latest celeb to hurl the N-word bomb.

Just in case you missed it, Gibson didn't scream on any African Americans face to face, but according to TMZ and Radar Online, he left this voicemail message for his ex-girlfriend, “You look like a f*cking pig in heat and if you get raped by a pack of ni**ers it will be your fault.” (No, Mel wasn’t just whispering sweet nothings to her, the duo are currently entangled in an ugly custody dispute over their 9-month old daughter.)

The controversial actor now has the L.A. chapter of the  NAACP and Jesse Jackson hot on his heels and we’re sure Al Sharpton might soon follow, but the real price to be paid could be paid at the box office of any future film Gibson directs or stars in. So what do you think?
