Missouri crooner Al'Michael heads to the front lines in the visual for his new single "The Reason." The church-bred vocalist, who opened for the likes of Chris Brown and Chingy as part of a pop/R&B group as a young'un, has returned to the spotlight solo. After burying his athletic dreams in high school for a music career, he dipped in and out of other boy bands before flourishing on YouTube, snagging over a million views with his covers. Citing a wide range of influences from The Beatles and U2 to Michael Jackson, Al'Michael has the type of pipes that would make all four chairs swivel on NBC's The Voice. Watch him beat his chest and question a world of chaos in the fiery, Michelle Flores-directed visual above. You can also cop the "The Reason" on iTunes here.
