Preview: T.I.'s VH1 'Behind the Music' Special

By now we all know about T.I.’s highly publicized prison stints, but on a new episode of VH1’s Behind the Music TIP opens about all his past mistakes and more.

EW.com has an exclusive sneak peak of what’s to come in tonight’s hour-long episode, which is an update of the 2009 episode the series did on him.

“I don’t think I have to sell the fact that prison sucks,” he says in the video. “When you have your liberties and the loves of your life taken away from you, it puts a lot of things in perspective.”
