Psy to Join Sizzling Line-Up of Performers at the “2012 MTV EMA”

Viral K-pop sensation Psy will make his MTV EMA debut, along with some of the biggest names in music to play the MTV European Music Awards in Frankfurt. The Gangnam style creator will take the stage with musical heavy-hitters, The Killers, Pitbull Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift MUSE, Now Doubt and more!

The 19th annual awards show will be hosted by everyone’s favorite Victoria’s Secret model, Heidi Klum, and will broadcast live from Frankfurt’s historic Festhalle on Sunday November 11th at 9PM CET* on MTV channels around the world; and in the U.S., the two-hour show will premiere on MTV2 at 11:00 PM ET/PT. Psy is so excited about his MTV EMA debut that he said, “I am excited to give up my international virginity to the MTV EMA! How do you think Psy will measure up?

Rihanna and Taylor Swift top the list of the 2012 MTV EMA nominees with six and five nods, respectively, with Justin Bieber and Katy Perry following closely behind with four nominations each. Pitbull has received two EMA nominations – one for Best Male and another for Best Song for International Love feat. Chris Brown. See the full list of nominations below.
