Quddus Talks ABC's 'Duets' and His Competition

Former TRL host Quddus has closed the MTV chapter of his life and moved on to bigger and better things at ABC. The host of the music series Duets caught up with VIBE to discuss how he got involved in the show, how much fun he has hosting it, and his challenge to other music series shows like American Idol and The X-Factor.

"If you want to succeed you have to play to win, and I'm looking at all this competition and I'm not scared at all, I'm looking at this like a big chess board. Simon Cowell, Ryan Seacrest and the rest of them and I'm like giddy-up, let's do this gentlemen, let's battle."
