Taking a break from her battle with the Barbz, Lil Kim traveled to Africa this past weekend
to perform at the ZAR Fest in Zimbabwe.
Upon her arrival at the Harare International Airport, the Queen Bee was greeted by a mass amount of fans and photographers, marking her move from the airport to a scheduled press conference, close by.
“Love you too!” Lil Kim said, greeting fans as she was driven away from the airport.
Lil Kim later hit the stage in red military shoulder pads, a fitted black leather cut-out dress with thigh- high heeled boots and a matching sergeant’s hat, saluting the crowd with a variety of her greatest hits.
The ZAR Fest, known to South Africa as the largest urban music festival lasts for four days. The festival’s lineup also included Ciara, Timbaland, DJ Scratch and Fat Joe. —Tyler McDermott
