Radio Host & TV Personality DJ Megatron Murdered In Staten Island

[AllHipHop News] Former Hot 97 radio DJ Megatron was shot and killed on Staten Island, New York early this past Sunday morning (March 27th).

According to reports, DJ Megatron, born Corey McGriff, was shot in the chest and killed, when he was heading to a store around 2:00am.

Police are still seeking a motive, but it appears that DJ Megatron may have been the victim of a robbery gone wrong.

Witnesses reported seeing at least four young men running from the scene of the fatal shooting, which took place on Osgood Avenue, just off Vanderbilt Ave.

DJ Megatron was shot in the chest, the bullet went through his left rib cage, lung and heart.  He leaves behind a wife and three children.
