NFL great Ray Lewis is lending his motivational talents to Spike TV for a new reality show. The 13-time Pro Bowler and two-time Super Bowl champ will team up with renowned author and psychologist Dr. Christian Conte for the series Coaching Bad, where they tackle the anger management issues of nine coaches, who are pummeled with anger issues.

The coaches are from different sports and hail from different parts of the country but will all shack up in an LA “Coaching Center”, THR reports. There, each coach’s anger issues will first be assessed as Lewis and Conte outline a blueprint to work on these issues, which will be tested. The contestants will have plenty of help in the realm of woosah. Chuck Pagano, Bill Romanowski, and Glenn “Big Baby” Davis have reportedly all signed on as guest speakers for the program.

Executive vice president Sharon Levy shared her excitement for the show saying, “Spike TV is thrilled to partner with one of the greatest players in NFL history in a compelling new series that will shine a light on the ever-growing issue of coaches and their anger issues.”

She added, “Who better than Ray to bestow insight and wisdom to these coaches after his storied career as a leader on and off the field during his playing days with the University of Miami and Baltimore Ravens?”

Look out for the retired Ravens linebacker in Coaching Bad to debut in early 2015.
