Reports: Fantasia Hospitalized For Possible Overdose

Reports are circulating that singer Fantasia was hospitalized last night at Charlotte's Carolinas Medical Center-Pineville at about 8:55 p.m. for a medication overdose.  

This comes after Fantasia, 26, denied being involved in an extra-martial affair and the possibility of there being a sex tape with husband in question Antwaun Cook. Manager Brian Dickens responded to the relationship allegations yesterday. "Fantasia will weather this storm with the dignity and grace that she has exemplified throughout a life in which she has repeatedly overcome obstacles and challenges."

Vibe.com was scheduled to shoot the singer for a “Day in the Life” photo series today in New York when the singer's camp cancelled this morning. Looks like the stress and media attention compounded with pushing out a new project has taken a toll on the American Idol winner.
