Riff Raff And Skrillex Collab Project Revealed

Riff Raff continues to expand his rapidly growing portfolio as the Mad Decent rapper confirms a forthcoming collaboration with OWSLA commander-in-chief Skrillex. Don’t believe it? The former Soulja Boy protégé spilled the beans himself in a recent interview:

“Yeah, me and Skrillex have an album coming out. I mean we have a song coming out,” Riff Raff revealed. “Oh shit, that’s what I do when I speak too soon. I can’t tell you more than that”

Raff & Sonny Moore working together follows a rising trend of EDM producers collaborating with rappers. Skrillex himself broke genre barriers with the energetic A$AP Rocky assisted “Wild For the Night” track off LongLiveA$AP.

One can only guess what kind of bass-heavy, turnt up collab this will turn out to be. The gold-grilled rapper spitting bars over Sonny’s scratching synths is an enticing thought indeed, and needless to say we’re looking forward to it.

In the meantime, the Houston rapper is working on of his debut album Neon Icon slated for release this August, as well as a project with Mad Decent label-head Diplo for Jody Highroller. Although Raff has confirmed future collaborations and projects, no solidified dates have been confirmed.
