The bad girl is perfectly good at stirring up trouble, but famed photographer David LaChapelle isn't letting her get away with jacking his steez. Rihanna's raunchy visual for hit "S&M" has been banned in 11 countries and is being accused of having too many similarities to images that have appeared in publications such as Rolling Stone and Vanity Fair.
PopEater reports LaChapelle's claim that "the music video is directly derived from and substantially similar to the LaChapelle works," and has copied the "composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colors, props, settings, decors, wardrobe and lighting" of his popular work. Even a scene where Rih walks a leashed Perez Hilton was allegedly ripped from an original idea by LaChapelle.
The Bajan princess' camp is still mum on the issue, but we'll be watching as the suit unfolds.
