Rihanna To Meet Student Creators of Viral "Diamonds" Cover at NYU

Clive Davis should be proud.

Students from the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU created a talent-filled cover of Rihanna's "Diamonds" (see above) and now Rih Rih is headed to the prestigious university for a special meet-and-greet.

Def Jam held a video contest last year, asking individuals to submit their own version of the Unapologetic cut for a chance to meet the Bajan beauty. The creative batch of students comprised of 10 vocalists, two rappers, one engineer, and director Ryan Hutchins went viral and have been officially declared the winners.

Rihanna is scheduled to head to NYU in April.
