Only Los Angeles and San Francisco, Calif. Rock The Bells attendees will witness the innovative holograms of Eazy-E and Ol’ Dirty Bastard as the festival canceled its New York and Washington, D.C. dates given meager ticket sales.
After announcing the line-up for this weekend’s event at RFK stadium today (Sept. 26), which includes Wale, Black Hippy, and Big Daddy Kane, the Washington City Paper reports the festival will not occur after confirmation from the VP of communications and marketing of Events DC, Chinyere Hubbard. The option to purchase tickets on Ticketmaster.com is unavailable.
XXL reports the 10th year anniversary concert will endure a $3 million loss in revenue including refunds.
