The Royal Couple To Spend Christmas with Kate Middleton's Parents

There is much to celebrate this season for the royal couple. After the Duchess of Cambridge announced her pregnancy, Kate Middleton and hubby Prince William are headed for her family's home in Bucklebury, England for Christmas.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will spend Christmas Day privately with the Middleton family," a spokesperson for St. James's Palace told E! News.

While a severe case of morning sickness that landed her in the hospital pushed Kate to reveal the baby news, she has been a busy mother-to-be, attending lunches with the Queen and the BBC's Sports Personality of the Year Awards.

Though England's first couple may be MIA from the Palace this Tuesday, they plan to make a stop at the Sandringham Estate, the monarch's Norfolk retreat, at some point during the holidays.
