Snooki Welcomes A Baby Boy, Lorenzo Dominic LaValle

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is officially a mother. The "Snooki & JWOWW" star gave birth to a boy shortly before 3AM on Sunday, at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J.

"I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic ! I had my little man last night, healthy at 6lbs! HE'S MY WORLD!" Snooki tweeted shortly before 9 AM Sunday.

The baby entered the world weighing 6 lbs, 5 oz. "Nicole, Jionni & Enzo are doing great!" a rep told MTV.

MTV, the host of Snooki's "Jersey Shore" spin-off "Snooki & JWOWW," was also overjoyed by the news. "We couldn't be happier for Nicole and Jionni on the healthy delivery of their baby boy!" they said in a statement. "We look forward to Lorenzo's first trip to the Jersey Shore and can't wait to see his first animal print onesie."

Snooki, 24, went into labor Saturday night. News that she was expecting a baby with her fiancé Jionni LaValle first surfaced in March. Snooki revealed in May that she was having a baby boy.
