Snoop Dogg has finally won a protracted battle with Britain, as his three-year ban from entering the country was overturned yesterday (March 4), according to AllHipHop.com.
The rapper had been banned after his entourage was involved in a scuffle in London’s Heathrow airport, after being denied entry to the VIP area of British Airways.
The ban was solidified when Snoop was arrested on charges of gun and marijuana possession shortly after.
Lawyers for the star presented Snoop’s recent visits to The View and One Life to Live and his charity work in a defense, to showcase his new family friendly image.
As of March 1, the case has been closed, and the ban has been lifted. —Jonathan Eiseman
