Sony PlayStation Steps Into Nintendo Wii's Lane...

Can't say we didn't see this coming. After several years of speculation about exactly how Sony was going to respond to the Nintendo Wii and Microsoft's new Natal for the Xbox360, they've finally announced plans to add motion control to the PlayStation 3 with PlayStation Move. And they're planning to have it out sometime this fall.

Of course, the biggest obstacle will be getting a large stable of games for the Move as it looks like they'll only have about 20 available when it drops. But it still looks like it will be the latest thing to change the game when it comes to video game consoles.
