GangStarr Girl / November 17, 2011

Y’all know South Park stays with the jokes…even when they sting more than actually provoke laughter. So, it shouldn’t be a surprise that they tackled the Penn State situation.

In last night’s episode, Trey Parker and Matt Stone went in on the school over a child rape scandal. Joe Paterno was targeted, along with the entire football program. At one point in the show, a social worker discovers a torture chamber in a foster home and says to himself, “What have I done? I took you kids from your parents, without even checking in to where you were going. I put innocent children into a dangerous environment. What am I, a recruitment coach for Penn State?”

There were also more low brow jokes like, “Penn State prefers to be losing at half time, because at Penn State … they like when you’re a little behind in the locker room.”

Just watch!
