Spike Lee Says Expectations of Obama Were Too High: “He Was the Savior, Black Jesus”
Spike Lee was recently asked about the incredibly high expectations put on president Obama. Speaking to CNN, Lee gave his honest opinion without thinking twice.
“Oh, yeah. He was the savior, black Jesus.” “I don’t care who it was,” he continued. “Expectations were way too high for what somebody can deliver, knowing how politics works and knowing that you have to deal with the Congress.”
Do you agree with Spike Lee?
