Suspect Arrested In USC Halloween Shooting
Police in Los Angeles have arrested a suspect in Wednesday’s Halloween shooting on USC campus, which left four people wounded. Brandon Spencer, 19-year-old man from Inglewood, California, was arrested early Thursday morning at USC campus, but there is a twist – Spencer is also a licensed and active security guard.
Spencer is accused of shooting four people after an argument broke out at the on-campus party. The lone USC student who was shot, Geno Hall, is a former high school football star. He is expected to survive, along with the three other non-students who were shot. Spencer is charged with attempted murder.
