Take Home Steel Magnolias on DVD

Lifetime’s contemporary version of the stage play and 1989 film, STEEL MAGNOLIAS debuts on DVD with UltraViolet May 7th from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The modern-day movie features a star-studded cast of A-list talent including Queen Latifah, Phylicia Rashad , Adepero Odu, Jill Scott and Alfre Woodard.

The story chronicles the lives of six women in Louisiana as they support each other through life’s ups and downs, STEEL MAGNOLIAS celebrates friendship and the true bond between close friends.

STEEL MAGNOLIAS originally aired on Lifetime October 7, 2012, garnering more than 6.5 million viewers.
