VIBE solidified that by giving him his first national cover in January of 2005. But over the last five years, 31-year-old Clifford “T.I.” Harris has had a tough time with string of arrests. He was most recently charged with parole violation and completed an 11 month bid in federal custody.
However, during his time Tip had ample access to newspapers, magazines and television to keep him abreast to events happening on the outside.
