Via Oregon Live: Nestle Prepared Foods Co. of Gaffney, S.C., is pulling more than 10,000 pounds of the frozen entrees that were sold east of the Rockies. The recall follows complaints from consumers in Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
The packages bear the establishment number "P-7991" and the case code "0298595519P," with a best before date of November, 2011 printed on the side of the package. The spaghetti and meatballs were packaged on Oct. 25, 2010, and shipped to distributors and retail stores east of the Rocky Mountains.
