The Breakfast Club crew sits down with Trey Songz for their latest trip-through-the-ringer on Power 105.1.
They speak with the R&B heartthrob about his new album V, which he assures won't be transcending into the pop genre.
"The success of a crossover I think we all want to attain, but the route to get there is what's important to me. I'm always going to be a staple in R&B."
The star also shuts down rumors of getting robbed in Brooklyn and speaks passionately about his concerns regarding the Trayvon Martin shooting and recent violence becoming a fad.
"It's a month later and justice still hasn't been served. This shouldn't even be allowed in this country. It's up to us to not only take a stand but continue to take a stand...be committed to it and not next month, forget about it."
