Is Twitter Going After Instagram?

Twitter is taking a page out of Instagram's playbook, and will start to incorporate photo filters in an effort to compete with the hot photo-sharing site.

It seems that Twitter is sick of users sharing their altered, artsy shots on Instagram, and will add new functions to their app in order to convince mobile photographers to stick with Twitter.
