Long hair don't care but slap Tyra Banks' name on your wig line and you might get hit with an expensive lawsuit.
The model mogul reportedly filed a $10 million suit in L.A. County against 10 wig-making companies that allegedly used her "name, photograph, image, and identity" along with her trademarks, according to TMZ. The Next Top Model host is also suing for an injunction to stop the sale of the infringing products.
While the names of the companies have not been released, a quick Google search turns up several companies selling "Tyra Banks wigs," including the yaki-straight wig and the custom full lace wig, retailing at around $300 each.
To back up her claims, Banks reportedly cited her 11 page-long IMDB profile as evidence to prove the extent of her fame. Who's smizing now?
