Despite a report from UK tabloid, The Sun, UFC superstar Quinton "Rampage" Jackson has not been cast as B.A. Baracus in the upcoming big screen adaptation of The A-Team.
According to MTV's Movies Blog, the MMA fighter's publicist shut down the reports saying, "it wasn't true."
Others up for the role include rapper The Game, and there were talk that Ice Cube was also being considered.
20 Century Fox has enlisted Joe Carnahan (Smokin' Aces) as the film's director. MTV says the film is slated for release in June 2010.
