Former B2K member Lil Fizz says he was wrongly accused by the State of California for his alleged involvement in running a marijuana store.
As Singersroom recently reported, Lil Fizz allegedly managed the Little Amsterdam dispensary in West Hollywood for almost a year and a half before he was sent an order to close the shop. In addition, the State of California sued him for $1.1million for running the store since July 2010.
In contrary, a source tells TMZ that Fizz hasn’t been associated with the illegal business since leaving in 2008.
"We're told people close to Fizz have contacted the state, and authorities are now on the hunt for the real owners. But so far, Fizz is still a named defendant," states TMZ.
