Sean Kingston still has a breathing tube in his mouth, preventing him from talking, but he's awake and responsive. According to TMZ sources, he is communicating through nods and sign language.
After crashing into a Miami bridge last Sunday, May 29, Kingston had to be treated at the Jackson Memorial's Ryder Trauma Center. The 21-year-old suffered from a broken jaw, a fractured wrist and water in his lungs. He's still in critical condition and is expected to remain hospitalized for a few more weeks.
Kingston has a strong support system. His friends and family have been in and out of his hospital room in Miami where the accident occurred. According to the Miami Herald, his publicist Joseph Carozza says they are appreciative of all the prayers and additional support from fans.
