It wouldn't be a surprise if Usher didn't have females throwing themselves at him.
But in 26-year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw's case, the "Touch'N You" singer had to serve her with a restraining order after she stalked him, convinced they were married.
According to TMZ, court documents say that the deranged fan showed up uninvited to his Georgia home on June 23 and pounded on the door demanding to be let in, with the intention of harassing him and his family.
Though authorities told the 5'2'' stalker to leave the premises, she returned to the star's home the next day. Sources say Jones-Rakestraw tried to convince the officers she was Usher's wife and had simply misplaced her keys.
The recently-divorced Usher served her papers, saying that Darshelle "placed [him] in reasonable fear for his own safety and/or the safety of his immediate family."
The Raymond-loving stan took to the Internets to post a YouTube video claiming the 33-year-old crooner was funneling her cash since last year and promising to make living arrangements.
"I'm not a stalker," Darshelle says in the video. "[Usher] has officially slandered me and defamed my character." She said she plans to file defamation charges against Usher soon. Check her plea below.
