V Exclusive: Nicki Minaj Talks About Her Love For Reggae Music At SumFest 2011
VIBE's own Rob Kenner was attendance at this year's Reggae Sumfest 2011
and was granted exclusive access to Young Money's princess Nicki Minaj. Backstage after the show, they chopped it about Nicki's love for riddims.
"I always include a Reggae segment in my shows, even on the Britney Spears Tour because I love Jamaican culture and dancehall music. I grew up on it. Since I was little, I've loved Beenie Man, Lady Saw and Bounty Killer," add Nicki.
"Even the new people like Mavado and Vybz, it's always been a part of me."
