V Exclusive! No I.D. Says He Recorded 'Classic Material' With Nas

Posted March 1, 2012

Hip-Hop and R&B producer extraordinaire No I.D. has an impeccable history of delivering masterpieces.

He's produced records for artists like Kanye West, Jay Z, Big Sean, Janet Jackson and many others.

In a recent interview with VIBE, No I.D. revealed that he is now working closely with Nas on his upcoming tenth solo album. He also mentioned cutting records for songstress Melonie Fiona and Big Sean.

“Yeah, the next main thing is this Nas album, I’ve really been knee-deep in it and working with Big Sean again and doing some records for Melonie Fiona," No I.D. told VIBE.

He continued: "I mean we have some classic material and we will definitely put out when he feels it’s time but it’s definitely a Dre… I don’t know, maybe hip-hop moment for me personally because he’s one of the best and I’ve always felt like I understood where he was going with music. We actually became really cool friends in this process and get to talk a lot about music."
