V Exclusive: Tyga Talks New Record With Soulja Boy: 'How Big Daddy Kane And Them Dudes Did It'

On the red carpet for the 2011 VMAs, Young Money's Tyga made his presence felt

with layers of gold jewelry hanging off his neck. Though he wasn't nominated for an award, the LA native was in attendance to support fellow YM brethren Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj.

VIBE snagged some interview time to discuss his new record with Soulja Boy. The track, "Swag Daddy," first came to our attention when SB tipped us off last month.

"It's just about swag, man and being young, representing for our youth and generation. That's what we're doing," Tyga told VIBE.

"Taking it to another level just like how Big Daddy Kane and all them dudes did it. It's our turn now. We respect the OGs in the game."

Tyga's Young Money debut is expected to be released later this year.
