Billionaire Boys Club unveiled its latest collection for Spring/Summer at the label's showroom in SoHo Wednesday night (Nov. 4). BBC's co-founder Pharell wasn't in the house, but his presence was felt in nearly every item of clothing hanging on racks stuffed into the giant ice cream freezer.
Pharrell gives the creative concepts swirling around in his head, and it's the Japan designers job to turn it into reality. Pharrell was into the Swiss Army logo, so the cross made its way onto a red and black jacket with faux fur collar for guys. To go along with the cold weather attire were several styles of trousers, with everything from a pair of heavy wool slacks that would look at home on André 3000 to loose fit denim and space-age pants.
On the more summer end of things, a tropical Florida coast scene dotted with spaceships was printed onto shorts and jackets. T-shirts and polos were also offered in an array of colorful styles, with an orange terrycloth number sticking out. For the less adventurous, BBC didn't let down with a full rack of printed knitwear ranging from ice cream patterned cardigans to throwback sweatshirts. --Adrien Field
