You see them everyday. On Twitter, cluttering your inboxes and posted up on the blogs. The stars of the today and tomorrow dominating water cooler talk. VIBE’s Juice issue celebrates these artists, as well as behind the scenes folks currently moving the culture forward. This year’s 15th anniversary Juice list ranges from the most influential to the most controversial and even some unusual suspects. Who made the exclusive club?

Nicki Minaj, the future second best rapper of all time (!) according to Kanye West (no, he didn’t make the cut. He was in hiding), graces the list. In the story, the Young Money rapstress lays out her blueprint for the next 20 years, including this: “I know right now she has no idea who I am, but I’d like to collab with Enya one day.” Canadian teen sensation Justin Bieber talks about becoming the biggest star in the game not named Drake (“The Internet made my career,” he says). And co- cover subject Rick Ross talks comparisons to Notorious B.I.G. and breaks down why the haters should recognize his talents. Cop the August/September Juice issue, currently on stands, to peruse the extensive package and check Vibe.com daily for upcoming Juice coverage.
