The two "monsters" were together on a hotel balcony in Milan, Italy, as paparazzi snapped away shots when they embraced and kisses one another for the world to see! The "Born This Way" songstress and the legendary fashionista teased the people below by throwing flowers down to them, posing for pictures with Gaga's pup Fozzi, and more, which you can see in the video below:

We're not surprised that Gaga's fans went wild when these two shared a very public moment — because that's just what Gaga does! Equally impressive was all the revealing outfits changes and wigs, Gaga brought along with her for her fashionable trip to Italy.
