‘Vogue’ Sued Over Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Cover Shoot Video

Vogue is in hot water for their cover featuring #theworldsmosttalkedaboutcouple, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Page Six reports.

Rickey Spicer, the singer from 1970s group Ponderosa Twins Plus One, who previously sued Kanye West for allegedly using his voice in a sample on “Bound 2″, has now filed a civil suit against Vogue publisher, Condé Nast, for their use of the Yeezus track in their exclusive behind-the-scenes video of the April issue cover shoot.

The court documents read: “Mr. Spicer’s voice is used substantially throughout the video, comprising approximately 44 percent of the lyrics.”
