Artist Bryan Lewis Saunders did every drug your mother told you NOT to do and painted self-portraits documenting the effects on his person.

Saunders, who prefers to take a more unconventional approach to his artwork, chose to get more than Juicy J trippy and took a different drug every day and drew himself under the influence. According to the artist, within weeks he became lethargic and even suffered mild brain damage, but that didn’t deter him from conducting his experiment.

Below, you can view a collection of portraits, entitled DRUGS, which Saunders drew while under the influence of various substances ranging from cocaine to marijuana to DMT. Each portrait is an awesome look into the mind of someone tweaked out on drugs, something that your eyes will surely appreciate this AM.
