Developed by Armature Studios, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate brings the core Arkham pillars to a handheld format for the first time to Sony and Nintendo systems. The game, which boasts stealth gameplay, free-flow combat, and a host of classic gadgets from Batman's utility belt, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate captures the genuine Arkham feel players have come to expect, love and appreciate.
This title will follow alongside the upcoming Batman: Arkham Origins game, which finds Roger Craig Smith taking over the Caped Crusader's role from Kevin Conroy, and continues the storyline that sees gamers discovering more details of Batman's past. Arkham Origins Blackgate sees Bats called in to restore order after gang-fueled uprisings occur within the walls of the infamous prison, and put an end to the fracas before the chaos implodes. Troy Baker (inFamous: Second Son, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain) will voice The Joker as players will explore the deep and dark world inside the remote island penitentiary that plays an important role in the Arkham universe.
