Wednesday night's (Mar 20) premiere of BET's Rip The Runway, hosted by Kelly Rowland and Boris Kodjoe, set a new bar for the annual fashion show.

Before Omarion, Sevyn, and the rest of the performers shared the runway with models strutting the best of upcoming designers, the Balan Inc. glam squad worked hard to craft an unforgettable show. Working with rising fashion designers and stylists to come with a look that would "set the tone of the show," the events agency founders Carline Balan and Mischu St. Jules conjured up a partnership that delivered a dynamic performance.
