In celebration of his new album release, Big Sean hit up his hometown of Detroit for a special gig. The "Fire" rapper brought out both Nicki Minaj and Drake during his performance at DTE Energy Music Theatre on Aug. 31.
"If Detroit is in this motherfucker make some noise," Drake yelled before giving props to D-town. "I grew up in Toronto, Canada. We use to go to Windsor, Ontario every motherfucking summer and hang out, and if you were lucky you got to cross the border and come to Detroit."
Drake performed “All Me” and “Versace” with Big Sean in tow, and then went solo dolo for “Started From the Bottom.” Minaj later joined Big Sean for “Dance (A$$) Remix,” and their first live performance of “MILF.” She left after telling the crowd that Big Sean was one of the "most genuine" people she has ever met.
Hall of Fame, Big Sean's second album, was released on Aug. 27.
