Big Sean did a G.O.O.D deed.
The Detroit MC went back to his hometown to be "Celebrity Principal for a Day" at the high school Bates Academy earlier this week (June 12), Local 4 reports.
Sean helped give props to the students who improved their attendance in efforts to help the high school win "Get Schooled and Viacom's Detroit Attendance Challenge."
“It’s just cool to come back and just see the kids so excited and it all be for a good cause,” said Sean.
During a Q&A session with MTV's Sway, he dropped some bars for a freestyle and also offered advice about studying. “The best way to study is with your homies," he said. "If you got some dumb friends, don’t study with them.”
