21 Jump Street was a surprising hit that many didn’t see coming. The comic energy returns as Channing Tatum and his bro Jonah Hill move from high school to college in this new red-band trailer that offers up plenty of laughs.

With directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller back in the driver’s seat for 22 Jump Street, there are plenty of college movie cliches to lampoon, as the bromance must stop a new drug plot from unfolding at MC University.

Jenko (Tatum) and Schmidt (Hill) are dispatched to the local college to investigate a drug ring. Accepted into a frat and forced to bond during the college experience, it seems that their seemingly indomitable partnership is on the verge of fraying. The red-band clip doesn’t mention much of that plot line, instead it chooses to spotlight many of the gags, which is not a bad thing.

Watch for yourself below:

Nick Offerman (aka Ron Swanson) returns as the duo’s snarky and meta boss, who talks about money being pumped into the Jump Street “program”. And, of course, Ice Cube’s crank Captain Dickson, is relocated with the gang to a different abandoned church. Also, Rob Riggle’s Mr. Walters and Dave Franco’s Eric return for a prison cameo.

22 Jump Street is scheduled to hit the screen on June 6, 2014.
