Eminem shocked the world a second time at Casio G-Shock's "Shock the World" event, celebrating their 30th Anniversary at Basketball City's Pier 36 in New York on Wednesday (August 7). The secret show followed a press conference unveiling the new collection of G-Shock wrist pieces, including the Metal Twisted G-Shock (MTG) collection. G-Shock also introduced their new limited edition GDX6900MNM-1 men’s watch in collaboration with Slim Shady, which features the Detroit skyline on the band and is set for release in December, retailing for $180.
The after-party kicked off with a performance from Alabama wild boy Yelawolf. Soon came Marshall Mathers, who unleashed a series of hits including “Kill You,” “Criminal,” "Love The Way You Lie" and "Stan" to the crowd's delight. Even the crowd was littered with music's finest including Fabolous, Melanie Fiona, Big Sean, Estelle, and Busta Rhymes. While rumors of a new Em album before Labor Day continue to float around, you can watch his return to the stage below during his grand finale rendition of the 8 Mile classic "Lose Yourself" above.
